FitSteps is the collaboration between Ballroom dancers Natalie Lowe & Ian Waite & Mark Foster the British swimmer, all from the Strictly Come Dancing world. The idea came about after Mark Foster competed in the 2008 show of Strictly when he completely caught the Ballroom & Latin dance bug, but also realised the health & fitness benefits it gave him. The FitSteps idea was then created and came to life in 2013, and has been growing in popularity every since
FitSteps is a fitness class using steps from Ballroom & Latin Dances like Cha,Cha,Cha, Waltz, Samba, Rumba and many more, you don't need a dance partner, it's fun and your getting fitter at the same time.

Monday - FitSteps FAB (Fitness for All Bodies) Sawbridgeworth Memorial Hall, The Forebury, off Knight Street, Sawbridgeworth, Herts CM21 9BD (if using a SatNav use CM21 9AT) 1.45pm to 2.45pm - £5.00 hr, first class is free of charge.

Monday Evening - FitSteps FAN - Fawbert & Barnard's Primary School Hall, London Road, Old Harlow, Essex,

CM17 0DA  - 6.30pm to 7.30pm - cost £7.00

Wednesday Evening - FitSteps FAN -  Sawbridgeworth Memorial Hall, The Forebury, off Knight Street, Sawbridgeworth, Herts CM21 9BD (if using a SatNat use CM21 9AT) - 6.30pm to 7.30pm - cost £7.00
